All correspondence/s in respect of Tours / Travel Service bookings should be addressed to M/s. Intense India Tours.


For all the services contracted, certain advance payment should be made to hold the booking, on confirmed basis & the balance amount can be paid either before your departure from your country or upon arrival in INDIA but definitely before the commencement of the services. Management personnel hold the right to decide upon the amount to be paid as advance payment, based on the nature of the service & the time left for the commencement of the service.

Apart from above in some cases like Special Train Journeys, hotels or resorts bookings during the peak season (Christmas, New Year); full payment is required to be sent in advance.

Conditions for Payment

40% of the total price of the desired service or tour has to be paid to Intense India Tours at the time of agreement of tour arrangements by the customer. The balance 60% is called from the customer within 15 days of the tour commencement date. If the tour is booked in a short notice of less than 15 days from the commencement date then full payment is required at the time of booking. Intense India Tours also reserves the right to call the balance payment earlier than 15 days prior to the tour commencement date if it deems necessary for holding the reservations in hotels, airlines, jungle safaris, etc on definite basis. Any agreement of service and arrangements with Intense India Tours is conditional upon timely payments by the customer.


The price of the tour offered by Intense India Tours after the agreement and payment of advance amount would be remains escalation free. However, any escalation in airfare and train fare component of the tour is charged as extra from the customer.

Evacuation & Emergencies

Intense India Tours is a travel management company only and thus does not have any direct control over the operations and performance of various service providers such as the hotels, airlines, transport vehicles, trains, boats, jungle safaris, animal rides, guides, etc. Although Intense India Tours will try to work in the best interest of its customers yet it cannot to be made responsible for any occurrence of inefficient performance or non performance of any of these service providers. Apart from this there are natural, political, social, climatic and legal factors beyond the control of Intense India Tours which can alter amend or cancel the operations of a tour, both partly and fully. Indian government regulations concerning certain tourist areas, monuments, national parks, etc may change from time to time and this may affect the operation of a tour in relation to its preplanned way. Intense India Tours in such cases tries to alter the arrangements in such a way that the overall experience and comforts of the customer is least affected. It is also ensured that minimum cost is involved, if any, for the customer to pay due to occurrence of any such changes. In the case of any calamity or emergency, safety and well being of customer remains top priority of Intense India Tours. Intense India Tours provides adequate backup and will use the best possible ways and methods of evacuation for its customers in this regard. Intense India Tours advises its customers to cover themselves with comprehensive travel insurance against any possible cost involved in evacuation, sickness, loss of baggage and other emergencies.
