DAY 01 | DELHI

Upon arrival at the Delhi Airport or railway station in the evening, meet your assistant for a transfer to the hotel. After check-in, rest overnight at the hotel.

DAY 02 | DELHI – SHIMLA (Approx. 340 Kms / 8 hrs drive)

This morning, after breakfast, drive towards Shimla. After reaching Shimla, check into the hotel. Enjoy the evening by walking along Shimla’s Mall Road. Overnight stay in the hotel.

DAY 03 | SHIMLA

This morning, after breakfast, spend the day exploring Shimla and its nearby places. Enjoy the immersive, beautiful view of Shimla. Enjoy the excursion to Kufri Valley. Kufri is located 16 km from Shimla and at an elevation of 2,510 m above sea level. In the afternoon, visit the sights in Shimla, including Sankat Mochan Temple, dedicated to Lord Hanuman. The Indian Institute of Advanced Studies was built between 1884 and 1888. It is surrounded by beautiful pine trees and spacious gardens. The Jakhu Hill is the highest peak, and the temple is dedicated to Lord Hanuman. You would enjoy the walk on the hill paths and narrow roads. In the evening, you can visit the Mall for shopping. This is the shopping centre of Shimla. The main meeting points at this mall are Ridge and Scandal. Overnight stay in the hotel.

DAY 04 | SHIMLA – MANALI (Approx. 250 Kms / 7 hrs drive)

After breakfast, a drive to Manali. On reaching Manali, check into the hotel and relax for a while. Explore nearby areas, shop at the local market, and interact with the people of Manali. Overnight stay in the hotel.

DAY 05 | MANALI

This morning, depart for sightseeing in Manali. The 15th-century Hadimba temple is dedicated to Hadimba, the wife of Bheem of the Mahabharat. This temple was built in 1533 AD. The Manu temple is dedicated to Manu Rishi, the creator of the human race on Earth. This is the only temple of Manu in India. Tibetan Monastery is one of the attractions for tourists. The two main monasteries that attract large numbers of tourists are the Himalayan Nyingma Pa Gompa and the Thekchen Choling Gompa. You can shop for items made by Tibetan artisans near the monasteries. The Vashist temple is dedicated to Saint Vashist, the local deity. This is on the banks of the River Ravi. This is famous for its hot springs and temples. Overnight stay at the hotel.

DAY 06 | MANALI

After breakfast, enjoy an excursion to Kothi Gorge, Solang Valley, Rohtang Pass and Gulaba. The Kothi Gorge lies 2,500 m above sea level. Trek for an hour to reach the Gorge. From the Gorge, you view the River Beas rushing through it. The Solang Valley is a scenic place offering beautiful views of icebergs, peaks, and snow-capped mountains. You can enjoy many adventure sports, such as zorbing, skiing, paragliding, and parachuting. Gulaba is a beautiful spot that lies on the way to the popular Rohtang Pass. Rohtang Pass is one of the most panoramic and popular spots in Manali. This is covered totally with snow. You can enjoy snow riding and skiing. Overnight stay in the hotel.

DAY 07 | MANALI – MANIKARAN – KULLU. (Approx. 110 Kms / 5 hrs drive)

This morning, after breakfast, drive towards Manikaran and Kullu. Manikaran is high up in the Parvati Valley. The steaming spring water has healing properties. This is the place of pilgrimage for both Hindus and Sikhs. It has a temple and a Gurudwara. It is said that the hot springs contain minerals. Proceed towards Kullu. At Kullu, you can visit the Kullu Shawl Industry, Vaishno Devi Temple, and Kasoi Valley. After reaching Kullu, complete the check-in formalities at the hotel. In the evening, a walk to nearby areas and the market. Overnight stay at the hotel.

DAY 08 | KULLU–DHARAMSHALA (Approx. 210 Kms / 7 hrs drive)

The next day, your journey begins towards McLeod Ganj, situated in upper Dharamsala. The drive would be through roadways. Upon arrival in McLeod Ganj, complete the hotel formalities. The rest of the day is leisure time, and you can simply enjoy the beautiful surroundings. You can enjoy trekking and visit the sightseeing, such as Dal Lake, Bhagsu Falls, and the Triund trek. Overnight stay at the hotel.

DAY 09 | DHARAMSHALA

Early in the morning, after breakfast, proceed to Dharamshala for sightseeing. Dal Lake is the most famous lake in India and is situated at an elevation of 1775 m above sea level. This lake is encircled by deep green Deodar forests. The Bhagsu Falls are 2 km from the city. The waterfall is small but very beautiful. The St. John Church has the most beautiful 19th-century Belgian stained-glass windows. Namgyal Monastery was founded by the third Dalai Lama in 1575. The lush pine forests offer natural beauty here. Overnight stay in the hotel.

DAY 10 | DHARAMSHALA– DALHOUSIE. (Approx. 120 Kms / 5 hrs drive)

After breakfast in the morning, a drive through the roadways to Dalhousie. This hill station is one of the most attractive tourist destinations. This town was established in 1854 in the name of the then Viceroy of India, Lord Dalhousie. Upon arrival at Dalhousie, once the hotel check-in formalities are complete. You can relax and visit nearby places, such as the market for shopping, and enjoy time with the local people. Overnight stay in the hotel.

DAY 11 | DALHOUSIE

After breakfast, proceed for sightseeing. Panchpula is one of the most famous and beautiful spots in this region; the name means ‘five bridges’. You can enjoy the adventure sports. There is a very beautiful monument located at Panchpula, where several streams meet. The monument was built in memory of the great Sardar Ajit Singh. Dainkund is 10 km away, and you can enjoy panoramic views of the hills, with the rivers Beas, Ravi, and Chenab interweaving in the distance. There is a Devi temple on the hill. Chamunda Devi temple is located on the banks of the beautiful Baner River. It is believed to be 750 years old and dedicated to Goddess Kali. Overnight stay in the hotel.

DAY 12 | DALHOUSIE

Today, enjoy the excursion to Khajjiar, located 27 km from Dalhousie. This is famous for the popular Khajji Naga shrine. It is dedicated to the serpent god. The place has beautiful lakes, wonderful pastures and fascinating architecture. Chamba is 915 above the River Ravi. Chamba is admired for its natural, breathtaking beauty. There are two temples that are dedicated to Lord Shiva and Lord Vishu. The Laxmi Narayan Temple is of the 10th century. This was built in the Shikhara style by Sahil Verman. Satdhara Falls is one of the most popular sightseeing attractions of Dalhousie. This place name is derived from the seven beautiful springs. These springs consist of mica, which has several medicinal properties. You can enjoy the adventure sports such as horse riding and zorbing. Overnight stay in the hotel.

DAY 13 | DEPART FROM DALHOUSIE

After breakfast, check out of the hotel. Visit the local market and do some shopping. Reach on time at Pathankot (85 Kms/ 3 hrs drive) railway station to board the train for the onward journey to Delhi.

DAY 14 | DEPART FROM DELHI.

After reaching Delhi, check into the hotel and relax for the day. Transfer to the Railway station or airport for your onward journey home.
