Your trip to Manali begins when you reach the bus stand. Board the AC Volvo bus at 5 pm and get comfortable for an overnight ride covering 575 kilometres from Delhi to Manali.
Arrive in Manali in the morning and take a shared cab to your resort. After checking in, relax and enjoy the fresh mountain air. You can take a walk to explore the area or just rest. Spend the night at the hotel.
Start your day early with a good breakfast, then head to Rohtang Pass. Enjoy adventure activities and take in the beautiful mountain views.
On the way back to Manali, stop for a short visit to Solang Valley. Here, you can see glaciers and snow-capped peaks. Try paragliding or just enjoy the scenery. After a busy day, return to the hotel for a good night’s rest.
Please note: The Rohtang Pass trip is not included in the package price because of the Manali Taxi Union. Guests will need to pay extra for this directly, as per the taxi union permit.
Note: Rohtang Pass is closed every Tuesday. Sightseeing there depends on the weather.
After breakfast, take a scenic drive to Kullu, about 40 kilometres from Manali. Visit the Vaishno Devi Temple and, if you like, try river rafting. Next, go to Manikaran, known for its natural hot springs. Visit the Rama Temple, built in a pyramidal style and dedicated to Lord Rama, and the 60-year-old Gurudwara of Shri Narayan Hari. After sightseeing, return to Manali and stay overnight at the hotel.
Have breakfast and check out of the hotel. Take a half-day tour of Manali, visiting the 450-year-old Hadimba Devi Temple and enjoying the beautiful surroundings. Walk through the local market to shop for handicrafts and Himachal shawls. By 4 pm, go to the bus station and board your overnight bus to Delhi.
You will reach Delhi by 7 or 8 in the morning. When you arrive, get off at your station and end your journey.
